Order Cancellation Instructions

 

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help! Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by following the steps below:

1. Cancellation by Email :

- Step 1 : Send an email to [bravitotheloyals@gmail.com] with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."

  
- Step 2 : In the body of the email, please include:

  - Your full name
  - Order number
  - Reason for cancellation.

- Step 3 : If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and send you a confirmation email within [6 hours].

2. Cancellation by Phone :

- Step 1 : Call us at [7892124617] or Text us on Whatsapp, Click here  during our business hours (e.g., Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM).


- Step 2 : Provide your full name, order number, and any other necessary details.


- Step 3 : Our customer service team will assist you with your cancellation request and provide immediate confirmation if your order has not been shipped. 

3. Cancellation via Instagram : 

- Step 1  : Send a direct message to our Instagram account [Bravito_store]. Click here


- Step 2 : In your message, please include :
  - Your full name
  - Order number
  - Reason for cancellation


-Step 3 : We will check the status of your order. If it has not been shipped, we will confirm the cancellation via Instagram.
